In this article, in general, the problem of studying the influence of compositional thematic articulation on the intentional orientation of the councils as one of the media genres is posed. The author reveals the specifics and design features of the boards, in the syntactic design of which one or even two structural components are missing. The object of the analysis is the syntactic structure of the “Council”media genre, presented in the form of an interpreted utterance, which, being a complex syntactic whole, is distinguished by a special construction and compositional thematic segmentation, which is also largely dependent on the abstract format. The author, based on the results obtained in the analysis of the relationship between the structural components of the councils, presented in the form of an interpreted utterance and a paragraph, convinces that, depending on their types, they are characterized by a special construction, compositional thematic division and intentionality.
