Item Assessment and Rating of the Investment Capacity for the Territorial Communities of the Lviv Region(Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, 2021) Siryk, Zinoviy; Popadynets, Nazariy; Bilyk, Rostyslav; Hrаfskа, Oryslava; Blynda, YuriyENG: The paper analyzes the capacity and investment opportunities of existing territorial communities. The assessment and rating of the investment capacity for the territorial communities of the Lviv region has been carried out. A model of the financial and investment support system for territorial communities has been developed, including several blocks (material and financial resources of the territorial communities budgets; other internal and external sources of financing their investment needs; ability of local self-governments to mobilize resources of business entities, households, individuals, etc. for implementation of the investment community needs; organizational and managerial capabilities of the territorial communities authorities to solve investment problems; regulatory and legal activity field of local governments), each of which is a separate element of this system. It has been determined that the investment project will always have an impact on the territories of self-governing communities, the only question is how and by what indicators this impact will be predicted in the current period and strategic perspective.Item Decentralization of Local Self-government under the Conditions of Administrative-Territorial Reform in Ukraine(Growing Science Publishing Company, 2021) Siryk, Zinoviy; Popadynets, Nazariy; Pityulych, Mykhaylo; Chakii, Olha; Irtyshcheva, Inna; Panukhnyk, Olena; Hyk, Vasyl; Fedotova, Yana; Rohozian, Yuliia; Lysyak, NataliiaENG: The essence of administrative and territorial reform and decentralization reform in Ukraine is to move away from a centralized model of government in the state, ensure the ability of local self-government and build an effective system of territorial power organization in Ukraine based on the principles of subsidiarity, omnipresence and financial self-sufficiency of local self-government. The purpose of the article is to identify areas for improving the effectiveness of the administrative-territorial reform in Ukraine based on assessing the results of its financial decentralization component. Peculiarities of changing the territorial basis of local self-government in Ukraine investigate the necessity of moving from a voluntary amalgamation of territorial communities to the stage of their formation according to clearly defined criteria and providing opportunities for the development of such communities in the future. It focuses on the need to consolidate areas and change the system of interaction of the subregional level with the amalgamated territorial communities at a basic level.Item Management of Corporate Social Activity in the Organization(IAEME Publication, 2020) Dykha, Mariia; Cheban, Yuliia; Bilyk, Olena; Siryk, Zinoviy; Khytra, Olena; Dudnyk, AllaEN: The article discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of corporate social activity management. An algorithm for CSA management in the organization is proposed, in which the place for evaluating the effects of CSA is defined and the criteria for the evaluation management model are formulated, including mandatory prerequisites, the presence of stages and the possibility of making changes in the management of corporate social activities in accordance with the evaluation results. A methodology for analyzing and evaluating CSA is proposed and tested using a real example, which allows you to really assess the level of ongoing social work at the levels of individual areas, CSA areas and the social development management system of the enterprise as a whole. All this allows not only to increase the efficiency of reproduction of the human potential of the organization but also to strengthen the market position of the enterprise through the formation of its positive image and increase investment attractiveness.Item Modelling of Land Relations in Ukraine in the Period of Institutional Transformations(IAEME Publication, 2020) Shynkaruk, Lidiia; Yermolenko, Dmytro; Buchniev, Maxym; Bulysheva, Daria; Siryk, Zinoviy; Tsokol, OlhaEN: The complex process of land reform in Ukraine predetermined a specific approach to emerging land relations and the land market. The article discusses the main characteristics of land relations in Ukraine, the factors affecting their formation, and also identify the central and critical milestones on the path of the transition of land relations from the state monopoly to market relations. The ongoing land reform and institutional transformations make the process of modelling land relations a non-trivial economic and mathematical task; therefore, the methodology is proposed in the article, which allows modelling the economic processes of land relations in the context of the real economic situation in the country. The main objective of the proposed methodology is to enable the construction of an existing model that serves as a basis for modelling current processes and will become the basis for long-term forecasts.
