The study of the pricing of hospitality establishments was conducted in three directions: as a powerful marketing tool for creating a competitive advantage based on customer satisfaction and ensuring the quality of service at an appropriate price, as a direction of hotel management, which includes the formation of a pricing policy and the development and implementation of a pricing strategy, as the economic component of income formation, taking into account costs and cost, as a direction of application and implementation of IT technologies in the pricing process, which will make it possible to take into account a large number of factors of both the internal and external environment and to carry out constant monitoring. It is this comprehensive approach that is able to ensure success in conditions of instability of the market environment and to take into account a certain range of factors in the operation of hotels.
