dc.description.abstractUKR: У статті представлена концепція непрофесійної фізкультурної освіти здобувачів в цивільних закладах фахової і вищої освіти як стрижня «Фізичного виховання» на замикаючому етапі багаторічних занять дітей, юнацтва та молоді організованими заняттями фізичною культурою. Окрім закладів системи Міністерства внутрішніх справ України, Національної поліції, Збройних Сил України, інших утворених відповідно до законів України військових формувань, центральних органів виконавчої влади із спеціальним статусом, Служби безпеки України, Служби зовнішньої розвідки України, центрального органу виконавчої влади, що реалізує державну політику у сфері охорони державного кордону, центрального органу виконавчої влади, який забезпечує формування та реалізує державну політику у сфері захисту населення, центрального органу виконавчої влади, який забезпечує формування і реалізує державну політику у сфері виконання кримінальних покарань. Як і раніше в цих закладах «Фізичне виховання» має бути зосереджене виключно на професійно-прикладній фізичній підготовці. Ключовими досягненнями концепції є підготовлена парадигмальна інновація. А саме створення нової освітньої парадигми у зміненій дисципліні «Фізичне виховання» в закладах фахової і вищої освіти на основі практики «будівництва власного здоров'я» здобувачами і випускниками. Забезпечена системна інтеграція шляхом успішного об'єднання педагогічних, медичних та соціальних підходів до здоров'язбереження. Це й науковий внесок через розвиток теоретичних основ та практичних технологій нової галузі знань. Вирішення реальних проблем непрофесійної фізкультурної освіти здобувачів цивільних спеціальностей. Посилення соціального потенціалу «Фізичного виховання»: можливість позитивного впливу на здоров'я нації через освітні засоби. Концепція непрофесійної фізкультурної освіти здобувачів закладів фахової і вищої освіти є фундаментальною науковою розробкою, яка має потенціал трансформувати систему «Фізичного виховання» в країні за рахунок збільшення її ефективності, що стане українським внеском до світової педагогічної науки.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractENG: The article presents the concept of non-professional physical education for students in civilian vocational and higher education institutions as the core of «Physical Education» at the concluding stage of long-term organized physical culture activities for children, adolescents and youth. Except for institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, National Police, Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations established in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, central executive bodies with special status, Security Service of Ukraine, Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, the central executive body that implements state policy in the field of state border protection, the central executive body that ensures the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of population protection, the central executive body that ensures the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of execution of criminal penalties. As before, in these institutions «Physical Education» should be focused exclusively on professionally applied physical training. The key achievements of the concept include a prepared paradigmatic innovation. Namely, the creation of a new educational paradigm in the modified discipline «Physical Education» in vocational and higher education institutions based on the practice of «building one's own health» by students and graduates. Systematic integration is ensured through the successful combination of pedagogical, medical and social approaches to health preservation. Scientific contribution through the development of theoretical foundations and practical technologies of a new field of knowledge. Solving real problems of non-professional physical education for students of civilian specialties. Strengthening the social potential of «Physical Education»: The possibility of positive impact on the nation's health through educational means. The concept of nonprofessional physical education for students of vocational institutions is a fundamental scientific development that has the potential to transform the system of «Physical Education» in Ukraine by increasing its effectiveness, which will become Ukraine's contribution to world pedagogical science.en
