| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Пояснювальна записка складається з чотирьох розділів на 64 сторінках, налічує 17 ілюстрацій, сім таблиць та 12 літературних джерел. Об’єктом дослідження у роботі є процес експлуатації локомотивів депо С. Метою роботи е аналіз якісних та кількісних показників роботи депо та технічне переоснащення цеху ПР-1 депо з метою поліпшення показників його роботи. В результаті аналізу запропоновані певні заходи, одними з яких є: впровадження валоповоротного механізму з пневматичним приводом; переобладнаного універсального знімача; стенду для перевірки та калібрування датчиків системи контролю витрат палива «БІС-Р» та пресу для опресовування резервуарів. Також виконано аналіз ушкоджень і відмов екіпажної частини тепловозів та запропоновано методи їх усунення. Проаналізований стан надійності екіпажної частини локомотивів депо. Запропонована модернізована система пружного підвішування, виконані необхідні розрахунки. Результати роботи можуть бути застосовані в роботі локомотивних депо. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The explanatory note consists of four chapters on 64 pages, 17 illustrations, seven tables and 12 references. The object of research in this paper is the process of operation of locomotives at depot C. The purpose of the work is to analyze the qualitative and quantitative indicators of the depot's operation and technical re-equipment of the depot's PR-1 workshop in order to improve its performance. As a result of the analysis, certain measures were proposed, including: the introduction of a pneumatically driven shaft swivel mechanism; a converted universal puller; a stand for testing and calibrating sensors of the BIS-R fuel consumption control system and a press for pressing tanks. The researchers also analyzed the damage and failures of the diesel locomotive crew and proposed methods for their elimination. The state of reliability of the crew part of the depot locomotives is analyzed. A modernized elastic suspension system is proposed, and the necessary calculations are performed. The results of the work can be applied in the work of locomotive depots. | en |
