| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Дана магістерська робота присвячена одному з найактуальніших питань утримання тягового рухомого складу – підвищенню надійності колісно-моторних блоків. Розв’язати це питання ми плануємо удосконаленням конструкції кінематичного зв’язку приводу з колісною парою. Для зниження відсотка несправних локомотивів в розглянуті перспективні методи підвищення надійності колісно-моторного блока тепловоза 2ТЭ116. Рекомендовано модернізувати тяговий редуктор, покращити систему змащування МОП при зрушуванні з місця та слідуванні на малих швидкостях, модернізувати повідкове з’єднання колісної пари з візком. В економічній частині розраховано економічний ефект модернізації шестерні тягового редуктора. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: This master's thesis is devoted to one of the most pressing issues of maintenance of traction rolling stock - improving the reliability of wheeled motor units. We plan to solve this problem by improving the design of the kinematic connection of the drive with the wheel pair. To reduce the percentage of faulty locomotives in the considered promising methods to increase the reliability of the wheel-motor unit of the locomotive 2TE116. It is recommended to modernize the traction reducer, to improve the lubrication system of the MOSFET when moving and following at low speeds, to modernize the flood connection of the wheelset with the cart. In the economic part, the economic effect of modernization of the gear of the traction gearbox is calculated. | en |
