| dc.description.abstract | UKR: У статті досліджено теоретично-методологічні засади формування ефективної системи ризик-менеджменту транспортних ХАБів в умовах глобальних трансформацій. Визначено класи ризиків, їх динаміку та мультифакторну природу, що обумовлює значну вразливість логістичних ланцюгів. Проаналізовано операційні, інфраструктурні, безпекові, кібернетичні, економічні, політичні, соціальні та епідеміологічні загрози, а також специфіку пасажирських ризиків. Обґрунтовано необхідність впровадження автоматизованих алгоритмів управління та координації для мінімізації наслідків кризових подій. Наголошено на підготовці персоналу, кризових комунікаціях та психологічній підтримці пасажирів. Запропоновано комплексний підхід до підвищення адаптивності, надійності та безперервності функціонування транспортних ХАБів, який поєднує технологічні, організаційні та правові інструменти. Подальші дослідження мають зосередитись на кількісній оцінці ризиків, моделюванні сценаріїв та розвитку інтегрованих цифрових платформ. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The article presents an in-depth study of the theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of an effective risk management system of transport hubs under the conditions of global transformations. It substantiates the growing relevance of this issue due to the intensification of geopolitical instability, climate change, and the digitalization of logistics processes. The author emphasizes that the sustainable functioning of transport hubs depends on the ability of management systems to identify, assess, and mitigate complex and interrelated risks that affect the reliability and continuity of transportation services. The study provides a detailed classification of risks—operational, infrastructural, security, cyber, economic, political, social, and epidemiological—highlighting their multifactor nature, high dynamics, and the potential for cascading effects. Particular attention is given to passenger-related risks, which require special management approaches based on human-centered safety, comfort, and psychological resilience. The article justifies the introduction of digital monitoring systems, artificial intelligence tools for predictive analytics, and automated decision-making mechanisms to enhance crisis preparedness and real-time coordination. It also underlines the importance of personnel training, communication strategies, and psychological support in emergency conditions. The proposed comprehensive model of adaptive risk management integrates technological, organizational, and legal instruments to ensure flexibility, reliability, and competitiveness of transport hubs in a turbulent global environment. The practical implementation of this approach will contribute to improving the efficiency of logistics chains, minimizing socio-economic losses, and increasing the overall resilience of transport infrastructure. Future research should focus on quantitative modeling of transport risks, the development of integrated digital platforms for monitoring and crisis response, and the exploration of behavioral and psychological factors influencing decision-making in extreme conditions. | en |
