| dc.description.abstract | UK: Об'єктом дослідження в магістерській дипломній роботі виступає колісна пара локомотива, а метою – розробка заходів зменшення зношування поверхні колісних пар. В першому розділі виконано огляд та аналіз існуючих заходів підвищення ресурсу колісних пар локомотивів. Розглянуто теоретичні основи природи зчеплення коліс із рейками. Вказано фактори що впливають на зношування колісних пар локомотива й надано аналіз видів та причини пошкодження колісних пар. На підставі аналізу існуючих заходів підвищення ресурсу колісних пар спроектована уніфікована для різних серій тепловозів система гребнезмащування. Надано рекомендації впровадження заходів з відновлення геометричних розмірів бандажів колісних пар локомотивів і можливість загартування поверхні бандажів колісних пар, що також суттєво вплине на підвищення їх ресурсу. В економічному розділі проведено розрахунок строку окупності та ефективності впровадження вищевказаної системи. Згідно розрахункам, строк окупності системи складає близько 4 місяців. Для поліпшення стану охорони праці при впровадженні заходів зі зменшення зношування поверхні колісних пар локомотивів запропоновано встановлення системи вентиляції на робочому місці наплавлення бандажів. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | EN: The work contains 15 illustrations, 3 tables and a list of references from 16 titles. The object of research in the master's thesis is the wheel pair of a locomotive, and the aim is to develop measures to reduce the wear of the surface of the wheel pairs. The first section reviews and analyzes the existing measures to increase the life of locomotive wheelsets. Theoretical bases of the nature of coupling of wheels with rails are considered. The factors influencing the wear of the locomotive wheel pairs are indicated and the analysis of the types and causes of wheel pair damage is given. Based on the analysis of existing measures to increase the life of wheelsets designed unified for different series of locomotives combing system. Recommendations for the implementation of measures to restore the geometric dimensions of the wheelsets of locomotives and the possibility of hardening the surface of the tires of the wheelsets, which will also significantly affect their resource life. In the economic section, the calculation of the payback period and the effectiveness of the implementation of the above system. According to calculations, the payback period of the system is about 4 months. To improve the state of labor protection during the implementation of measures to reduce the wear of the surface of the wheelsets of locomotives, it is proposed to install a ventilation system at the workplace surfacing tires. | en |
