| dc.description.abstract | UKR: У статті досліджується вплив пасажирського залізничного транспорту на соціально-економічний потенціал регіонів, зосереджуючись на його значенні для розвитку економіки та забезпечення безпеки та мобільності населення, особливо в умовах воєнного стану в країні. Проведено комплексний аналіз впливу пасажирського залізничного транспорту на соціальноекономічний потенціал регіону на основі результатів аналізу статистичних показників. Доведено, що залізничний транспорт виступає не лише як засіб переміщення людей, але й як стратегічний елемент соціальної та виробничої інфраструктури, оскільки забезпечує зв’язок між віддаленими регіонами та містами, що сприяє розвитку торгівлі, туризму, транспортних логістичних послуг та інших сфер діяльності. Стаття обґрунтовує важливість дослідження впливу пасажирського залізничного транспорту на регіон, враховуючи його роль у забезпеченні мобільності населення, розвитку економіки та забезпеченні безпеки країни. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The article examines the impact of passenger rail transport on the socioeconomic potential of regions, focusing on its importance for economic development and ensuring the safety and mobility of the population, especially in times of war in the country. A comprehensive analysis of the impact of passenger rail transport on the socio-economic potential of the region is conducted based on the analysis of statistical indicators. It is proven that rail transport serves not only as a means of people’s movement but also as a strategic element of social and production infrastructure, as it provides connectivity between remote regions and cities, promoting the development of trade, tourism, transportation logistics services, and other spheres of activity. The article substantiates the importance of studying the impact of passenger rail transport on the region, considering its role in ensuring population mobility, economic development, and national security. The article underscores the crucial role of passenger rail transport in facilitating regional connectivity and fostering economic growth, particularly amidst challenging circumstances such as wartime conditions. By conducting a thorough analysis of statistical metrics, it elucidates how passenger rail networks serve as more than mere conduits for human mobility; they are integral components of both social and industrial infrastructure. Moreover, the article highlights how these networks facilitate vital linkages between distant regions and urban centers, thereby bolstering trade, tourism, transportation logistics, and various other sectors. Ultimately, it argues for the necessity of comprehensively studying the impact of passenger rail transport on regional development, emphasizing its significance in enhancing population mobility, driving economic progress, and safeguarding national stability. Furthermore, the article underscores the multifaceted benefits of passenger rail transport beyond its role in transportation. It serves as a cornerstone of social and economic development by fostering regional integration, supporting the growth of businesses and industries, and enhancing overall quality of life. By providing reliable and efficient transportation options, rail networks contribute to job creation, access to education and healthcare, and the overall well-being of communities.
