UKR: Аналізується проблема впливу наукової діяльності журналу «Основа» на бачення суспільством першої половини ХІХ ст. української культури. Осмислюються ментальні стереотипи суспільної психіки про особливості вітчизняного культурного і історичного розвитку. Досліджується співвідношення романтичного і народницького наративів про національно-культурну особливість України.

ENG: The problem of the influence of the scientific activity of the journal "Osnova" on the society's vision of the first half of the 19th century of Ukrainian culture is analyzed The mental stereotypes of the public psyche about the peculiarities of domestic cultural and historical development are analyzed. The relationship between romantic and populist narratives about the national and cultural peculiarity of Ukraine is studied.
