    Substantiation of the Further Implementation of Heat Pump and Heat Storage Technology into the Energy of Industry and Utilities

    EN: The thermotechnical questions of increase of efficiency and economy of heat and fuel consuming installations of railway transport are considered. For further effect in rationalization of the heat supply system of the depot and other enterprises and objects of railway transport, including rolling stock, widespread introduction of heat pump installations is proposed. The feasibility studies have shown that the fuel consumption in the heat supply systems based on heat pump units can be reduced by 1.2… 1.8 times compared to large boiler rooms; with small boilers and individual heat generators 2 ... 2,6 times, and in comparison with electric heaters used without heat accumulators - 3 ... 3,6 times.
