    Audio Visual Collection in Libraries as a Form of Innovation in the Digital Age

    ENG: Libraries play an important role in facilitating knowledge sharing and promoting lifelong learning. However, the process of knowledge sharing in a library environment is not without its challenges. This theme aims to explain the various factors that influence knowledge sharing, including organisational constraints, information technology limitations, and user behaviour. Changes in user behaviour in searching for information also continue to change along with the development of the world of technology, in the library world, of course, many collections of printed information sources are interesting but are starting to be less used by users as digital collections develop. Therefore, the innovation of audio-visual collections is one of the solutions for today's users who are more interested in collections that are audio-visual. By exploring these barriers, researchers and practitioners can gain a comprehensive understanding of the obstacles librarians and library users face in their efforts to share and access knowledge. Ultimately, the paper aims to sensitise libraries to adapt to the evolving information landscape and further their mission of linking.
