    Modeling of Rectangular Pulse Oscillator of Electrical Tonal Rail Circuit

    EN: circuit it is necessary to determine the rectangular-pulse oscillator circuit based on integrated circuits, perform the analysis, mathematical and physical modelling, to define the parameters of each output signal. Findings. The obtained data allow to form a stationary circuit of rectangular signals oscillator of electrical tonal rail circuit excluding the output frequency and power tuning. Originality. During the work performed the simulation of amplitude-manipulated signal oscillator of electrical tonal rail circuit based on logic elements. Practical value. The data obtained allow to optimize the costs of production of tonal rail circuits equipment.
