    Adaptive Management of Regional Innovation Ecosystems Based on Hybrid Intelligent Support Systems

    ENG: This study addresses the optimization of innovative development management within regional smart ecosystems. Unlike traditional management approaches, the author proposes a transition to adaptive governance based on Hybrid Decision Support Systems (HDSS). The research redefines the role of the manager in a digital environment, shifting focus from intuitive decision-making to data-driven strategic planning. By integrating Fuzzy-AHP methodology and cloud-native infrastructure, the study provides a framework for managing the lifecycle of regional innovations. The results demonstrate that hybrid intelligence effectively reduces information entropy and enhances the strategic flexibility of regional innovation systems.

    Ukraine’s Export Strategy: Comparative Advantages, Priority Markets and Transport Corridors

    ENG: This article presents a setting comprehensive analytical study of Ukraine’s export potential under conditions of geopolitical transformation and global market restructuring. Using the concept of Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), the work identifies the strongest and fastest-growing sectors of Ukrainian exports, maps priority foreign markets, and analyzes the transport and logistics corridors that form the backbone of international trade routes. The study concludes that Ukraine has both traditional resource-based advantages and emerging technological niches that collectively can produce a new model of export competitiveness.
