    Implementation of Compliance in the Metallurgical Enterprise Management System

    ENG: The implementation of compliance in the metallurgical industry is strategically important for optimizing production processes, reducing risks, and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises. The article examines the mechanisms and algorithms for implementing compliance, including the creation of a regulatory framework, the integration of modern technologies, staff training, internal audit, and the formation of a corporate culture of responsibility. A comprehensive approach to compliance ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, minimizes risks, and promotes sustainable development. Particular attention is paid to the integration of information technologies for real-time monitoring of production processes, as well as the importance of regular staff training for effective response to deviations from norms. An effective compliance system is an integral part of modern metallurgical enterprise management.
