| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Стаття присвячена моніторингу сучасного стану інвестування вітчизняних агропромислових підприємств. Встановлено, що внаслідок повномасштабного вторгнення, спостерігається тенденція до зниження обсягів іноземного інвестування. Визначені та проаналізовані об’єктивні фактори, які слід враховувати в інвестиційній діяльності підприємств агросектору при ухваленні стратегічних рішень. Доведено, що агропромислові підприємства залишаються інвестиційно привабливими та мають тенденцію до активного розвитку, оскільки їх продукція є гарантом продовольчої безпеки в світі. Сучасний стан агропромислових підприємств України характеризується поєднанням високої адаптивності до умов війни та реалізацією стратегічної підготовки до інтеграції в ринок ЄС. Поліпшенню інвестиційного клімату сприяє і державна підтримка розвитку агропромислових підприємств через різноманітні програми та субсидії. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The article is devoted to monitoring the current state of investment in domestic agro-industrial enterprises. It has been established that due to negative factors caused by the invasion of Russian invaders and active hostilities, there is a downward trend in the volume of foreign investment. At the same time, self-financing is currently the main source of investment in the agricultural sector, but attracting foreign investment is critically urgent for Ukraine, especially during the war. Based on the generalization of research findings by specialists regarding the current state of the functioning of Ukraine's agricultural sector, objective factors were identified and analyzed that should be taken into account in the investment activities of agro-industrial enterprises when making strategic decisions, namely: military risks and security level; logistical constraints and transportation costs; financing and access to capital; labor shortages and the quality of human capital; climate change and production risks; regulatory and tax challenges; and currency and macroeconomic risks. Despite everything, agro-industrial enterprises remain investment-attractive and show a tendency toward active development, as their products provide food not only for the population of Ukraine but also remain a guarantor of global food security. According to 2025 data, the products of agro-industrial enterprises became the leader of the country's export potential, ensuring 56% of foreign exchange earnings from their sale out of the total volume of goods exports from all sectors of the economy. The current state of Ukraine's agro-industrial enterprises is characterized by a combination of high adaptability to wartime conditions and the implementation of strategic preparation for integration into the EU market. The presence of competitive potentials (agricultural, export, and innovative) ensures the promising development of agricultural sector enterprises and, consequently, increases their level of investment attractiveness for foreign and domestic investors. The improvement of the investment climate during the war is also facilitated by systemic support for the development of agro-industrial enterprises from the Government of Ukraine through various state programs and subsidies. | en |
