| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Мета. Метою пропонованої статті є аналіз глобалізаційних викликів початку 2020-х років та їхій вплив на розвиток металургійних підприємств України. Методика. Результати, які наведені у статті отримані за рахунок застосування методів: аналізу – в частині розгляду особливостей ринку виробників металургійної продукції в України; алалізу та синтезу – при розгляді питань стану ринку виробництва сталі у світі та в Україні, а також впливу глобалізаційних тенденцій початку 2020-х років; статистична звітність в питанні побудови трендів розвитку окремих підприємств металургійного ринку в Україні. Результати. Металургійна галузь в Україні на початку 2020-х років залишається однією з ключових у національній економіці. Відповідно важливим є аналіз глобальних викликів початку нового тисячоліття, які на неї впливають. Пандемія COVID-19 у 2020-му році дещо пригальмувала розвиток металургійного сектору в Україні, водночас створивши відкладений попит на металопродукцію, який необхідно буде вдовольнити у найближчі два-три роки. Підписання Україною у 2016-му році Паризької кліматичної угоди задає більш тривалий вектор розвитку як національної економіки в цілому, так і металургійної промисловості зокрема. Вкрай важливими у наступні десять років для вітчизняної економіки будуть структурні реформи, направлені на зменшення викидів парникових газів у атмосферу. Металургія має стати більш екологічною, аніж вона є нині, аби Україна дотрималась підписаних міжнародних угод. Водночас залишається актуальною проблема пошуку нових ринків збуту металопродукції як всередині держави, так і на зовнішніх ринках. Наукова новизна. Під час аналізу наданих за останні декілька років ОП «Укртрубопром» даних виявлені певні тенденції розвитку підприємств металургійної галузі України, які дозволяють зрозуміти певні тенденції впливу глобальних викликів на розвиток вітчизняної металургії. Практична значимість. У статті наведені три глобальні тренди початку 2020-х років, які будуть впливати на розвиток металургії в Україні до 2030 року. Позитивним, а чи негативним буде цей вплив багато в чому залежить від здатності керівництва компаній та державних органів влади приймати виважені управлінські рішення. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: Methods. The results presented in the article were obtained by applying the following methods: analysis - in terms of considering the characteristics of the market of producers of metallurgical products in Ukraine; analysis and synthesis - when considering the state of the steel production market in the world and in Ukraine, as well as the impact of globalization trends in the early 2020s; statistical reporting in matters of building trends in the development of individual enterprises of the metallurgical market in Ukraine. Results. At the beginning of the 2020s, the metallurgical industry in Ukraine continues to be one of the key ones for the national economy. Accordingly, it remains important to analyze the global challenges of the beginning of the new millennium that affect it. The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 somewhat slowed down the development of the metallurgical sector in Ukraine, while simultaneously creating a deferred demand for metal products that will need to be satisfied in the next two to three years. The signing of the Paris Climate Agreement by Ukraine in 2016 sets a longer vector for the development of both the national economy in general and the metallurgical industry in particular. Particularly important in the next decade for the Ukrainian economy will be structural reforms aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere. Metallurgy must become more environmentally friendly than it is now. Only in this case will Ukraine be able to fulfill its international obligations. At the same time, the problem of finding new sales markets for metal products both within the state and in foreign markets remains urgent. Novelty. Analyzing the information provided by the OP "Ukrtruboprom" over the past few years, the authors have identified certain trends in the development of enterprises in the metallurgical industry of Ukraine. They make it possible to better understand some patterns of the influence of global challenges on the development of domestic metallurgy. Practical value. The article presents three global trends of the beginning of 2020, which will significantly affect the development of metallurgy in Ukraine until 2030. Whether positive or negative, this influence will largely depend on the managerial skills of company leaders and government authorities to make the right decisions in conditions of permanent uncertainty. | en |
