The Paradigm of Emergent Qualities of Education Management as a Scientific and Technological Platform for Sustainable Development

ENG: In this paper the factors influencing sustainable development were identified. The influence of emergent qualities of education management on stable development is highlighted. The analysis of the rating of countries by the level of education, the human development index was carried out. A cognitive map-review of systematized factors of influence on the development of education in the modern socio-economic environment has been constructed. Economic-mathematical models that describe trends in indicators of the impact of emergent qualities of education management on sustainable development and testify to a fairly stable relationship between the factors influencing the stable development of education management have been constructed. It is proved that the emergent qualities of education management have a direct impact on the creation of a scientific and technological platform in Ukraine as an effective mechanism for partnership and interaction between education, science and business.

UKR: У статті визначено фактори впливу емерджентних якостей управління освітою на сталий розвиток, на основі яких побудовано економіко-математичні моделі, що описують тренди показників впливу емерджентних якостей менеджменту освіти на сталий розвиток. Також побудовано економіко-математичні моделі розвитку менеджменту освіти. Побудовані економіко-математичні моделі свідчать про досить стійкий зв’язок між факторами, що впливають на розвиток менеджменту освіти. Автори дійшли висновку, що виниклі якості менеджменту освіти впливають на створення в Україні наукових платформ як ефективного механізму партнерства та взаємодії освіти, науки та бізнесу, що у майбутньому дозволить: підвищити конкурентоспроможність; основних галузей економіки; поєднувати освіту, науку та бізнес у процесі створення та розвитку передових технологій; зосередити кошти державного та приватного секторів на вирішенні завдань науково-технічного та інноваційного розвитку; визначити перспективні потреби у сфері підготовки високопрофесійних кадрів, затребуваних ринком; сприяти участі бізнес-структур у якості замовників ISCSEES-2022.
