Проблема розподілу маневрових локомотивів між станціями полігону залізничної мережі

UKR: Дана стаття окреслює коло задач, пов’язаних із забезпеченням виконання плану маневрової роботи на станціях, які доведеться вирішувати у зв’язку з виділенням в структурі управління залізницями України відокремленого структурного підрозділу «Локомотивна компанія». В статті висвітлено проблеми, пов’язані з розробкою методики розподілу маневрових локомотивів між станціями у зв’язку зі створенням локомотивної компанії в структурі управління залізницями України та визначення можливих шляхів удосконалення способу визначення кількості маневрових локомотивів на станції. Детально проаналізовано і виявлено недосконалість чинної методики визначення кількості маневрових локомотивів на залізничній станції. За результатами дослідження визначено залежність зміни необхідної кількості маневрових локомотивів від коливань обсягу місцевого вагонопотоку, що прибуває на кожну станцію полігону залізничної мережі та запропоновано організаційні заходи, які допоможуть визначати потрібну кількість маневрових локомотивів у залежності від коливань обсягів місцевих вагонопотоків. В роботі враховано нерівномірність обсягів перевезень, яка призводить до нерівномірності обсягу маневрової роботи під час визначення необхідної кількості маневрових локомотивів на станції, а також розроблено алгоритми визначення необхідної кількості маневрових локомотивів під час пікових обсягів перевезень. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для ухвалення рішення про раціональний розподіл маневрових локомотивів між станціями полігону залізничної мережі, а також для організації взаємодії між новоутвореною локомотивною компанією і структурними підрозділами служби роботи станцій полігону залізничної мережі.

ENR: This article outlines the tasks related to ensuring the implementation of the shunting plan at stations, which will have to be addressed in connection with the allocation of a separate structural unit, the “Locomotive Company,” within the management structure of Ukrainian Railways. The article highlights the problems associated with developing a methodology for distributing shunting locomotives between stations in connection with the creation of a locomotive company within the management structure of Ukrainian railways and identifies possible ways to improve the method of determining the number of shunting locomotives at a station. The current methodology for determining the number of shunting locomotives at a railway station is analyzed in detail and found to be imperfect. Based on the results of the study, the dependence of the change in the required number of shunting locomotives on fluctuations in the volume of local car traffic arriving at each station of the railway network was determined, and organizational measures were proposed to help determine the required number of shunting locomotives depending on fluctuations in the volume of local car traffic. The work takes into account the unevenness of transport volumes, which leads to unevenness in the volume of shunting work when determining the required number of shunting locomotives at the station, and also develops algorithms for determining the required number of shunting locomotives during peak transport volumes. The results of the study can be used to make decisions on the rational distribution of shunting locomotives between stations in the railway network, as well as to organize interaction between the newly formed locomotive company and the structural divisions of the railway network station service.
