| dc.description.abstract | UK: Проблема обривів автозчепів залишається актуальною для залізничного транспорту. В роботі приведені ряд дефектів, що виявлено в обірваних автозчепах. Проведений аналіз міцності автозчепу свідчить про наявність запасу міцності, але виявлені в обірваних автозчепах дефекти перевищують цей запас. Аналіз нормативної документації та методів контролю автозчепів свідчить, що методи руйнівного та неруйнівного контролю, що використовуються при виготовленні та ремонті автозчепів на можуть в повному обсязі охопити дефекти, які можуть виникати при їх виготовленні. Тому найважливішим кроком у вирішенні цієї проблеми повинно стати підвищення якості контролю корпусу автозчепу. Запропоновано використання акустичного контролю, а саме тіньового або дзеркально- тіньового методу для контролю хвостовика автозчепу в місці отвору під клин тягового хомута. Робота методів ґрунтується на зменшенні амплітуди сигналу при проходженні через несплошність металу, що дозволяє виявляти наявність внутрішніх дефектів. Ці методи дозволять виявляти значні внутрішні ливарні дефекти типу несплошність металу, що зменшить ймовірність обриву автозчепів через наявність цього типу дефекту. На відміну від наявних методів контролю внутрішніх ливарних дефектів, запропоновані методи є неруйнівними та можуть бути застосованим до всіх автозчепів після незначної підготовки поверхні для контролю. | uk_UA |

Carrying out an analysis of the equipment of the vehicle will indicate the presence of a stock of performance, and if there is a defect in the deteriorated parts of the vehicle, it will be overwhelmed by the stock. An analysis of the normative documentation and methods in the control of car breakdowns is necessary to provide information on the methods of ruinous and non-rudimentary control, so that it can be done when preparing and repairing car breakdowns. Tom found the crocodile in the first place in the world of problems and is to blame for the increase in the quality of control to the body of the vehicle. Proponent is the acoustical control, and the very thin or mirror-thin method for the control of the shank of the autozchep in the screw hole before the wedge of the traction clamp.
