| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Окреслено напрями сталого розвитку залізниць задля досягнення сталого розвитку України та планети в цілому. Підкреслено, що в роботі транспортного відомства потрібно однаково приділяти увагу всім складовим сталого розвитку, як-от: економічній, соціальній, екологічній. Сталий розвиток залізниць досягається шляхом виконання багатьох завдань, котрі потрібно реалізувати топ-менеджменту, серед них: забезпечення безпеки руху поїздів, економічної безпеки, перехід на екологічно чистий рухомий склад, модернізація інфраструктури відповідно до світових тенденцій з урахуванням застосування «зелених» технологій, запровадження розумної мобільності, якісна організація соціальних перевезень, забезпечення безбар’єрності доступу до об’єктів залізничного транспорту, зниження плинності кадрів, залучення молоді та ін. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: . The article outlines the directions of sustainable development of railways in order to achieve sustainable development of Ukraine and the planet as a whole. It is emphasized that in the work of the department, equal attention should be paid to the development of all components of sustainable development, such as: economic, social and environmental direction. The sustainable development of railways consists of many tasks that must be implemented by the top management, among them: ensuring the safety of train traffic, economic security, the transition to environmentally friendly rolling stock, modernization of the infrastructure in accordance with global trends, taking into account the use of «green» technologies, the introduction of smart mobility, high-quality organization of social transportation, ensuring barrier-free access to railway transport facilities, reducing staff turnover, attracting young people, and others. The volumes of cargo and passenger transportation of Ukrzaliznytsia for 2023 have been analyzed. The authors outlined the following main components of the sustainable development of railway transport in Ukraine: traffic safety, economic security, economic stability, the ecological component of the use of rolling stock, the social orientation of cargo and passenger transportation, the social responsibility of the industry management in relation to railway workers. In order to achieve sustainable development of railways, a comprehensive approach must be applied. The management of Ukrzaliznytsia should focus on ensuring safe passenger and cargo transportation, while paying attention to the renewal of rolling stock and infrastructure in accordance with the Concept of Smart Mobility of Europe and the Strategy of Sustainable Development of Ukraine. The issue of attracting investments for the development of railways from private and foreign investors, including under concession conditions, cannot be left out of consideration, as well as the formation of a stable team, reducing staff turnover and attracting young people is an important direction of the sustainable development of railways. | en |
