Аналіз ефективності використання дерев’яних шпал в сучасних умовах експлуатації

UKR: В роботі отримано та проаналізовано результати зміни силового впливу на конструкцію колії з використанням дерев’яних шпал при зміні модуля пружності підрейкові основи. Результати показали, що динамічні добавки силового впливу на дерев’яні шпали на залізницях України значно перевищують як європейські нормативи по допустимим відхиленням, так і вимоги щодо розтріскування шпал. Аналіз силового впливу на конструкцію колії з використанням дерев’яних шпал при зміні модуля пружності підрейкові основи в поєднанні з аналізом причин руйнування дерев’яних шпал показали, що вони не призначені для сучасних умов експлуатації.

ENG: The paper obtains and analyzes the results of changes in the force impact on the track structure using wooden sleepers when changing the modulus of elasticity of the rail. The obtained results showed that the dynamic addition of force on wooden sleepers on the railways of Ukraine significantly exceed both the European standards for tolerances and the requirements for cracking sleepers. Analysis of the force impact on the track structure using wooden sleepers when changing the modulus of elasticity of the subrail foundations in combination with the analysis of the causes of destruction of wooden sleepers showed that wooden sleepers are not designed for modern operating conditions.
