UKR: Стаття присвячена актуальній проблемі трансформації управлінських процесів в умовах переходу до Industry 5.0. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що традиційні методи контролю, орієнтовані на аналіз минулих помилок, є неефективними в цифрову епоху через високу латентність та суб'єктивність звітів. Центральною ідеєю роботи є концепція смарт-комплаєнсу як «розумного цифрового фільтра», інтегрованого безпосередньо в операційну діяльність підприємства.

ENG: The article is dedicated to the pressing issue of transforming management processes during the transition to Industry 5.0. Emphasis is placed on the fact that traditional control methods, oriented toward the analysis of past errors, are ineffective in the digital era due to high latency and the subjectivity of reports. The central idea of the work is the concept of «Smart Compliance» as an intelligent digital filter integrated directly into the enterprise's operational activities.
