dc.description.abstractENG: This report presents the results obtained in Ukraine for WP2A2 of the Caelum project, focusing on the role of university libraries during crises and their contribution to civic engagement and community resilience. Based on a survey and focus groups that brought together the academic community (teachers, students, librarians) and stakeholders, the analysis outlines key priorities, challenges, expectations and opportunities related to crisis response, including countering disinformation in emergency situations in Ukraine.en
dc.description.abstractUKR: У цьому звіті представлено результати, отримані в Україні в рамках WP2A2 проєкту Caelum, з акцентом на ролі університетських бібліотек під час криз та їхнього внеску в громадянську активність і стійкість громади. На основі опитування та фокус-груп, які об'єднали академічну спільноту (викладачів, студентів, бібліотекарів) та зацікавлені сторони, викладено аналіз основних пріоритетів, викликів, очікувань та можливостей, пов'язаних з реагуванням на кризи, включаючи протидію дезінформації в надзвичайних ситуаціях в Україні.uk_UA
