| dc.description.abstract | UKR: В статті розглядається цифрова трансформація залізничного транспорту в контексті світових тенденцій і викликів та висвітлюється роль інноваційних цифрових технологій, таких як IoT, Big Data та AI. Акцентується увага на необхідності комплексного підходу до цифровізації, включаючи модернізацію інфраструктури, правову підтримку та розвиток екосистеми цифрових сервісів. Розглядаються стратегічні аспекти науковотехнічного розвитку залізниць України та важливість інтеграції в міжнародні транспортні ланцюги. Окрема увага приділяється вивченню досвіду цифровізації залізничного транспорту в провідних країнах світу для ідентифікації оптимальних шляхів інтеграції новітніх технологій. В роботі також звертається увага на важливість безперервного оцінювання економічної ефективності впроваджених інновацій та необхідність адаптації управлінських стратегій до змін у транспортному сегменті. Важливість дослідження полягає у виявленні ключових факторів розвитку та тенденцій цифровізації в залізничному секторі, враховуючи міжнародний досвід та регіональні особливості, з метою визначення оптимальних шляхів інтеграції новітніх технологій у систему управління залізницями. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The article examines the digital transformation of rail transport in the context of global trends and challenges, highlighting the role of innovative digital technologies such as IoT, big data and AI. The author emphasizes the need for an integrated approach to digitalization, including infrastructure modernization, legislative support, and the development of the digital services ecosystem. The strategic aspects of scientific and technological development of Ukrainian railways and the importance of integration into international transport chains are considered. Special attention is paid to the experience of digitalization of railway transport in the leading countries of the world to identify the best ways of integrating the latest technologies. The paper also draws attention to the importance of continuously evaluating the economic efficiency of implemented innovations and the need to adapt management strategies to changes in the transport segment. It highlights the importance of integrating digital innovations to increase the efficiency and flexibility of transport processes, as well as the potential for transforming transport corridors in the context of geopolitical changes. The main material of the study covers the analysis of the current state of digitalization in the railway sector, including the prospects for the development of the smart railway market, and highlights the strategic initiatives and innovations implemented by Ukrainian Railways. Special attention is paid to the importance of creating an integrated intellectual and information platform to optimize management processes and ensure transport safety. The article also discusses aspects of the impact of digital transformation on defense capabilities and the protection of civilians in times of war, emphasizing the need to develop secure systems and train personnel. The study aims to identify the key factors of development and trends of digitalization in the railway sector, considering international experience and regional characteristics, to determine the best ways to integrate the latest technologies into the railway management system.
