| dc.description.abstract | UKR: У статті розглянуті структурні компоненти системи стратегічного розвитку підприємства. Наголошено, що стратегія розвитку має бути узгоджена з місією підприємства та основними цілями його створення. Забезпечити таке узгодження пропонується через інформаційно-технологічну архітектуру (ІТА) – складну багатокомпонентну систему, яка формує цифрову основу всієї господарської діяльності компанії. ІТА виступає найважливішим фактором конкурентоспроможності та адаптивності бізнесу, забезпечуючи ефективну інтеграцію технологій у стратегічне та операційне управління. Архітектура підприємства має включати організаційні процеси, притаманні певній бізнес-одиниці та опис усіх ключових елементів підприємства і взаємозв’язків між ними як сукупності моделей. Керування архітектурою пропонується розглядати як безперервну циклічну діяльність з генерування варіантів побудови підприємства у майбутньому, критичного оцінювання окреслених варіантів, вибору оптимального з них. Запропонована модель дозволяє враховувати вимоги, фактори та обмеження, які виходять від усіх рівнів архітектурних областей: бізнес, дані, системи, технології. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The article proposes considering the system of strategic development of an enterprise as a set of the following structural components: goal and potential, development criteria, a set of alternative solutions, feedback, and the possibility of strategy adjustment. The relevance of the chosen topic is explained by the need to ensure the systemic development of a business entity by taking into account its internal characteristics and external factors. System analysis is characterized by goal setting, knowledge management, and the formalization and structuring of a business entity’s strategic vision. The use of intelligent technologies in decision-making within enterprise management systems is a key aspect of modern business. It is emphasized that the development strategy should align with the enterprise's mission and the main goals of its establishment. Such alignment is proposed to be achieved through the implementation of information technology architecture (ITA), a comprehensive, multi-component system that underpins the company's digital operations. ITA serves as a strategic element influencing global socio-economic processes: from integration with external digital platforms and comprehensive digital transformation of management to participation in global value chains, transformation of customer interaction, and the formation of new employment models. Enterprise architecture integrates business strategies and IT and is a key factor in the competitiveness and adaptability of a business entity, ensuring the effective integration of technology into both strategic and operational management at the micro level. ITA should include organizational processes inherent to a specific business unit and provide a description of all key enterprise elements and the relationships between them as a system of models. Architecture management is proposed to be viewed as a continuous, cyclical activity involving the generation of future enterprise design options, critical evaluation of those options, and selection of the optimal one. The proposed model makes it possible to take into account the requirements, factors, and constraints arising across all architectural domains – business, data, systems, and technologies – ensuring the company's ability to respond effectively to risks and challenges and to capitalize on potential opportunities for long-term development. | en |
