ENG: The peculiarities and directions of the formation and development of the intellectual capital of engineering companies, as the main participants in the innovative development of the country, were investigated. The structural elements of the enterprise's intellectual capital are shown. The built model is the activity of the enterprise for the provision of engineering services based on the socio-economic interpretation of intellectual capital.
