| dc.description.abstract | UKR: У статті досліджено актуальні проблеми машинобудівної галузі України в умовах війни та основні аспекти впровадження інноваційних технологій. Також аналізується цифрова трансформація промислових підприємств України в умовах обмеженості ресурсів. Методологія базувалася на системному аналізі, порівняльному підході та моделюванні, що дозволило визначити ключові напрями цифровізації. Результати дослідження показали, що впровадження технологій Індустрії 4.0 може значно підвищити ефективність виробничих процесів, зменшити витрати та покращити якість продукції. Наукова новизна полягає в адаптації шести-блокової концептуальної моделі цифрової трансформації до специфічних умов української машинобудівної галузі під час війни. Практична значущість полягає у можливості застосування запропонованої моделі для стратегічного планування та реалізації цифрової трансформації, що сприятиме стійкому розвитку підприємств та відновленню економіки України. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The article addresses the pressing challenges facing Ukraine's machine-building industry amidst the ongoing war, highlighting the critical aspects of implementing innovative technologies under resource constraints. It thoroughly analyzes the digital transformation of Ukrainian industrial enterprises, emphasizing how limited resources necessitate efficient and strategic approaches to modernization. The methodology employed encompasses systemic analysis, comparative approaches, and modeling techniques, which collectively enabled the identification of key directions for digitalization within the industry. This comprehensive approach ensured a robust examination of both the current state and potential future developments of the machine-building sector. The results of the study indicate that the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies can substantially enhance the efficiency of manufacturing processes, reduce operational costs, and improve product quality. The findings suggest that despite the challenging circumstances caused by the war, there is significant potential for technological advancement that can contribute to the resilience and competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises on the global stage. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the adaptation of a six-block conceptual model of digital transformation tailored to the specific conditions of Ukraine's machine-building industry during wartime. This model encompasses priority goals, target indicators, directions of digital transformation, possible effects, potential risks, and implementation mechanisms. By customizing this framework to address the unique challenges faced by Ukrainian enterprises, the study provides a valuable blueprint for navigating the complexities of digital transformation in a conflict environment. The practical significance of the research is evident in the applicability of the proposed model for strategic planning and the execution of digital transformation initiatives. Enterprises can leverage this model to formulate actionable strategies that align with their operational realities and long-term objectives. Implementing this model is expected to foster sustainable development within the industry, aiding in the revitalization of enterprises and contributing to the broader economic recovery of Ukraine. | en |
