Дослідження думки здобувачів різних спеціальностей щодо формування культури мислення майбутніх фахівців у галузі фізичної культури і спорту

UKR: У статті розглянуто спектр досліджень щодо проблематики особистісного розвитку спортсменів у царині набуття якостей комунікативних компетентностей, формування «мислення переможця» в спорті тощо. Окремо розглянуто проблематику формування особистості і професійного розвитку майбутніх учителів. Авторами поставлено задачу доповнити питання розвитку особистості як майбутнього тренера, так і педагога – вчителя фізичної культури, та дослідити, як значення культури мислення здобувачів означених спеціалізацій висвітлюється в контексті специфіки фізичної культури і спорту. У процесі дослідження було використано опитування здобувачів різних спеціалізацій Придніпровської державної академії фізичної культури і спорту щодо ранжування різних компонентів культури мислення вчителя, спортсмена і загальнолюдської культури мислення. У результаті засвідчено усвідомлення здобувачами важливості культури мислення серед здобувачів вищої освіти як спортивного, так і педагогічного спрямування. Дослідження показало важливість розрізнення різних компонентів культури мислення майбутніх фахівців різних спеціалізацій – окремо для здобувачів-спортсменів і здобувачів-педагогів. Порівняння відповідей здобувачів-педагогів і здобувачів-спортсменів дало вибрати положення і складники для двох окремих тренінгів – це тренінг напрацювання гнучкості стилю мислення для майбутніх педагогів та тренінг формування самоактуалізованості особистості спортсменів.

ENG: The article reviews a range of studies on the issues of personal development of athletes in the field of acquiring communication skills, forming a “winner’s mindset” in sports, etc. The issues of personality formation and professional development of future teachers are considered separately. Different specializations have different styles of thinking – this became the basis for considering different manifestations of thinking culture for different specialties. The authors set the task of supplementing the issue of personality development as a future coach and teacher of physical education, and to investigate how the importance of the culture of thinking of applicants for these specializations is reflected in the context of the specifics of physical education and sports. During the study, a survey was conducted among students of various specializations at the Dnipro State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports to rank the various components of the culture of thinking of a teacher, athlete, and general human culture of thinking. The study showed that students recognize the importance of the culture of thinking among students of higher education, both in sports and pedagogy. The study showed the importance of distinguishing between different components of the culture of thinking of future specialists in different specializations – separately for student athletes and student teachers. A comparison of the responses of pedagogical applicants and athletic applicants made it possible to select the provisions and components for two separate training sessions: training to develop flexibility in the style of thinking for future pedagogues and training to develop self-actualization in athletes.
