Вплив воєнного стану на розвиток підприємницької діяльності в Україні

UKR: У статті розглядається вплив воєнного стану на розвиток підприємницької діяльності в Україні. Аналізуються основні виклики, з якими стикається вітчизняний бізнес в умовах воєнного часу, зокрема руйнування інфраструктури, нестача кадрів, значне зниження платоспроможності населення та проблеми з логістикою. Визначаються державні заходи підтримки підприємств України: фінансова підтримка та кредитування; податкові стимули та спрощення регуляцій; програми збереження зайнятості; відновлення та релокація бізнесу; зовнішньоекономічна підтримка та міжнародне співробітництво. Окрему увагу приділено тим видам підприємницької діяльності, які після скасування воєнного стану можуть стати найбільш прибутковими. Висновки підкреслюють важливість стійкості підприємництва та необхідність подальших реформ для забезпечення економічної стабільності України в умовах воєнного стану та післявоєнного відновлення.

ENG: The article examines the impact of martial law on the development of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine. It analyzes the key challenges faced by domestic businesses during wartime, including infrastructure destruction, labor shortages, a significant decline in consumer purchasing power, and logistical difficulties. The study identifies government support measures for Ukrainian enterprises, such as financial assistance and lending, tax incentives and regulatory simplifications, employment retention programs, business recovery and relocation initiatives, as well as foreign economic support and international cooperation. Special attention is given to types of entrepreneurial activities that may become the most profitable after the cancellation of martial law. The wartime period has forced Ukrainian businesses to rapidly adapt to new economic realities. Companies are actively implementing digitalization, automation, and innovative approaches to maintain efficiency despite constraints. Relocation of production facilities to safer regions, diversification of supply chains, and the search for new markets have become key strategies for survival. At the same time, small and medium-sized enterprises play a crucial role in economic recovery, as they are the backbone of the national economy. The resilience of Ukrainian businesses is demonstrated by their ability to adapt to extreme conditions, such as disruptions in logistics and energy supply. Many enterprises have switched to remote work models and adopted flexible business strategies to mitigate risks. The state, in turn, continues to develop economic policies aimed at fostering entrepreneurship, ensuring transparent business regulations, and encouraging innovation. The support of international partners and the attraction of foreign investments will be decisive factors for Ukraine’s sustainable economic recovery. Further development of industrial and technological sectors, the expansion of export opportunities, and the creation of competitive advantages will determine the future trajectory of Ukrainian entrepreneurship in the post-war period.
