| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Дослідження присвячене аналізу бізнес-процесів і організаційних структур металургійних підприємств у контексті Industry 4.0–5.0 та індустріального конструктивізму. Розглянуто класифікацію бізнес-процесів за роллю, функціями, частотою, ступенем автоматизації та організаційним охопленням, а також їхню взаємодію на основі основних, допоміжних і управлінських процесів. Показано вплив індустріального конструктивізму на трансформацію процесів і структур, орієнтованих на колективне навчання, гнучкість, цифровізацію та інтеграцію соціальних і технологічних аспектів. Доведено, що конструктивістські підходи підвищують адаптивність, ефективність і конкурентоспроможність підприємств, забезпечуючи інтеграцію інновацій, мережеву взаємодію та стратегічну стійкість виробництва. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The study explores the integration of industrial processes and organizational structures within metallurgical enterprises under the paradigms of Industry 4.0 and 5.0, emphasizing the application of industrial constructivism as a methodological and managerial approach. The research systematically classifies business processes according to their roles, functional purpose, frequency, degree of automation, and organizational scope, highlighting the interdependence of core, support, and management processes. Special attention is paid to the transformative influence of constructivist principles on process optimization, organizational flexibility, and adaptive learning, promoting collective knowledge generation and decision-making efficiency. The study demonstrates how industrial constructivism fosters alignment between technological innovations, digitalization, and socio-organizational dimensions, ensuring operational coherence and strategic resilience. Practical implications include the development of integrated management frameworks capable of enhancing process efficiency, resource utilization, and competitiveness in dynamically changing industrial environments. The findings provide a structured foundation for designing adaptive organizational architectures, where the synthesis of business process reengineering and constructivist principles enables metallurgical enterprises to respond effectively to market volatility, technological disruption, and evolving stakeholder expectations. By emphasizing collaborative learning, iterative improvement, and networked interactions, the study outlines a model for sustainable enterprise management that bridges the gap between operational execution and strategic foresight. Overall, the research underscores the critical role of constructivist-informed approaches in achieving process innovation, digital transformation, and holistic organizational performance, offering a replicable framework for similar industrial sectors seeking enhanced resilience, adaptability, and value creation. | en |
