| dc.description.abstract | UK: Сучасні процеси, що відбуваються в світі, призводять до необхідності стратегічного збалансованого розвитку країн в поєднанні інтересів та благополуччя теперішніх та майбутніх поколінь та довгострокової фінансової стабілізації. Інклюзивність розвитку країни визначається не тільки зростанням ВВП, але й іншими факторами, що мають безпосередній вплив на вироблення державної політики у сфері пенсійного забезпечення, фінансових механізмів забезпечення гідної старості. У статті визначено актуальні проблеми, пов’язані з пенсійним забезпеченням, які визначають необхідність подальшого реформування та зміни архітектури пенсійних систем, проаналізовано основні параметри ефективності національних систем пенсійного забезпечення, які визначаються її дохідністю, стійкістю та стабільністю. Досліджено вплив фінансової складової системи пенсійного забезпечення країн на їх інклюзивний розвиток в сучасних умовах. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | RU: Современные процессы, происходящие в мире, приводят к необходимости стратегического сбалансированного развития стран в сочетании интересов и благополучия нынешних и будущих поколений и долгосрочной финансовой стабилизации. Инклюзивное развитие страны определяется не только ростом ВВП, но и другими факторами, имеющими непосредственное влияние на разработку государственной политики в сфере пенсионного обеспечения, финансовых механизмов обеспечения достойной старости. В статье определены актуальные проблемы, связанные с пенсионным обеспечением, которые определяют необходимость дальнейшего реформирования и изменения архитектуры пенсионных систем, проанализированы основные параметры эффективности национальных систем пенсионного обеспечения, которые определяются ее доходностью, устойчивостью и стабильностью. Исследовано влияние финансовой системы пенсионного обеспечения стран на их инклюзивный развитие в современных условиях. | ru_RU |
| dc.description.abstract | EN: The negative trends in most of the world's economies, declining GDP growth, progressive population aging, declining birth rates, high unemployment and part-time employment, especially among young people who are the actual contributors to modern-day retirement benefits through PAYG. National pension systems are product of the socio-economic policy of the state, which is a practical embodiment of the dominant scientific theories in a constantly changing environment: demographic, economic, financial, political, regional, etc. A comprehensive approach to the determination of the economic development of countries has been embodied in the Integrated Inclusive Indicator (IDI), which, unlike the level and rate of GDP growth, allows to take into account the parameters that significantly affect the present and future pension provision, including financial continuity of generations, rate of income inequality that affects pension funds and others. The pension systems of different countries have significant differences caused by economic conditions, political structure, historical traditions, peculiarities of the division of responsibilities between the state and the private sector, but they all have a common goal – to ensure a decent standard of living for their citizens. The actual processes in the world lead to the necessity for a strategic balanced development of countries in the interests and well-being of present and future generations and long-term financial stabilization. The pension systems is characterized by adequacy and sustainability which inversely dependent on both yield and risk. The integrity of the system is determined primarily by institutional principles. The inclusiveness of the country's development is determined not only by GDP growth, but also by other factors that have a direct impact on public policy-making in the field of pension provision, financial mechanisms to secure a dignified old age in the face of global challenges. The article analyzes the main parameters of the effectiveness of national pension systems, which are determined by its profitability, stability and stability. The influence of the financial component of the pension system of the countries on their inclusive development in modern conditions is investigated. | en |
