Abstract
UKR: Бакалаврська робота виконана на 52 сторінках, містить 27 рисунків, 3 таблиці та 23 використані джерела. В роботі було розглянуто створення чат-боту в месенджері Телеграм. Чат-бот перегляду стану замовлення їжі є інноваційним рішенням, розробленим для забезпечення зручного та швидкого доступу до інформації про стан замовлення їжі. Цей чат-бот дозволяє користувачам отримувати оновлену інформацію щодо їхніх замовлень безпосередньо через месенджер або інші зручні платформи. Мета дослідження полягає в вивченні ефективності та користувальницького досвіду чат-боту перегляду стану замовлення їжі. Об’єкт дослідження – чат-бот перегляду стану замовлення їжі.

The chatbot for viewing the status of a food order is an innovative solution designed to provide convenient and quick access to information about the status of a food order. This chatbot allows users to receive updated information about their orders directly through the messenger or other convenient platforms. The purpose of the research is to study the effectiveness and user experience of a chatbot for viewing the status of a food order.
