Формування сучасного механізму управління підприємствами в ринкових умовах (на прикладі пасажирського господарства залізничного транспорту)

EN: ABSTRACT The thesis is dedicated to the development of methodology-theoretical regulations and practical recommendations concerning the reformation of operation mechanism of the passenger sector at long distance in the modern market conditions. The question that is investigated is being solved simultaneously in two directions: reformation of present organizational structure of passenger sector operation, providing introduction of structural reform of rail transport according to any model; improvement of managerial decisions concerning the efficiency of passenger car utilization due to new operation and maintenance methods. While providing the introduction of reform of rail transport of Ukraine according to any program project, it is suggested to go over to the passenger sector operation at long distance using the vertical-integrated mode. Herewith the principles of technological independence, rational cooperation of structural units (branches, enterprises) and antimonopoly laws are taken into account. The managerial decisions are suggested, that result in raise of the efficiency of passenger car utilization. To this effect it is recommended to introduce the day-night trains, to carry out circulation of rolling stock in several directions, to make flexible fares, to optimize the train structure, to prolong the service life of passenger cars according to the new technological cycles and the additional managerial procedures.
