| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням проведення комплексного аналізу результатів досліджень з напряму цифровізації послуг в умовах нової економіки та виявлення перспективних напрямів розвитку цифрових освітніх послуг та цифровізації. Оскільки цифровізація послуг, і зокрема освітніх послуг, є досить новим та актуальним напрямом у розвитку нашої економіки, то кількість публікацій з даної тематики невпинно зростає, що в свою чергу потребує її аналізу. В даній роботі розглянуті результати, отримані такими авторами як Заспа Г.О., Миненко С.В., Карпенко А.С., Самойлович А.Г. та ін. В роботах цих авторів розкривається багато напрямів наукових досліджень з цифрової трансформації освітньої діяльності закладів вищої освіти, що може бути корисним для практичного застосування цих ідей у закладах вищої освіти, запропоновано методи боротьби з нелегальними доходами шляхом запровадження діджиталізації національної економіки, запропоновані нові методи підходу до збільшення цифрової компетентності співробітників організаційно-навчальних підрозділів в університеті. Зроблено висновки щодо актуальності та користі для запровадження на практиці результатів проведених досліджень. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: This paper touches upon the issue of conducting a comprehensive analysis of research results in the area of digitalization of services in the new economy and identifying prospective development directions for digital educational services and digitalization. Since digitalization of services, and in particular educational services, is a fairly new and relevant direction in the development of our economy, the number of publications on this topic is constantly growing, which in turn requires its analysis. This paper examines results obtained by such authors as G.O. Zaspa, S.V. Mynenko, A.S. Karpenko, and A.H. Samoilovych, et al. They reveal many directions of scientific research on the digital transformation of educational activities of institutions of higher education, which can be useful for the practical application of these ideas in institutions of higher education. They propose methods of combating illegal income with digitalization of the national economy, new methods of approach to increasing digital competence of employees of organizational and educational units at the university. Analyzed research publications also study the issues of organizational and economic support for the digitalization of regional economic systems, explore the importance of professional growth of teachers in the conditions of digital education, consider digital education and science as a guarantee of Ukraine’s national security. A certain part of the considered works is focused on digitalization as a factor of change in international economic relations, separation of positive and negative sides to the introduction of digitalization in economic relations, as well as government regulation of the development of the digital economy sector in Ukraine. We draw conclusions regarding relevance and usefulness for implementation in practice of the results obtained by the analyzed research. As digitalization becomes increasingly integrated into society, introduction of digital technologies brings benefits not only to the field of education but also to other equally important areas. This once again confirms relevance of digital technologies which are already an integral part of our everyday life, as dependence on digital technologies will only increase in the future.
