| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Методологія дослідження. Дослідження системи управління товарно-матеріальними запасами на промисловому підприємстві в умовах невизначеності проводились з використанням методів формальної і діалектичної логіки на підставі критичного аналізу даних відповідних структурних підрозділів і підприємства в цілому. Результати. Доведено, що визначений підхід до системи управління запасами, при гнучкому маневруванні ними за рахунок скорочення циклів планування, мінімізації обсягів запасів та значного збільшення інтенсивності закупівель, надає можливість підприємству адаптуватися до складнощів та продовжити роботу в умовах проведення військових дій на території України в безпосередній близькості до місця його розташування. Наукова новизна полягає у визначені підходу до системи управління запасами для надання можливості промисловому підприємству продовжувати виробничу діяльність в складних умовах невизначеності. Практична значимість. Управління товарно-матеріальними запасами необхідне для забезпечення безперебійного виробництва продукції в потрібній кількості та у встановлені терміни і досягнення на основі цього повної реалізації випущеної продукції при мінімальних витратах на утримання запасів. На прикладі досліджуваного промислового підприємства розглянуто складнощі в роботі в умовах невизначеності та доведено, що націленість співробітників на подальшу працю та розвиток, дозволили уникнути значних зупинок діяльності підприємства та відновити функціонування виробництва. Визначений підхід до системи управління запасами товарно-матеріальних цінностей (ТМЦ) надав можливість підприємству адаптуватися до складнощів та продовжити роботу в умовах невизначеності. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: Methods. Research and analysis of the enterprise's activities were carried out using the methods of formal and dialectical logic on the basis of a critical analysis of the data of the relevant structural units of the enterprise. Results. It has been proven that the defined approach to the inventory management system, with flexible maneuvering due to the reduction of planning cycles, the minimization of stock volumes and a significant increase in the intensity of purchases, enabled the enterprise to adapt to difficulties and continue work in the conditions of military operations on the territory of Ukraine in close proximity to its location. Novelty consists in a defined approach to the inventory management system to enable an industrial enterprise to continue production activities in difficult conditions of uncertainty. Practical value. Management of commodity and material stocks is necessary to ensure uninterrupted production of products in the required quantity and at the set time and, on the basis of this, to achieve full realization of the released products with minimal costs for maintaining stocks. On the example of the researched industrial enterprise, the difficulties in working in conditions of uncertainty were considered and it was proved that the focus of employees on further work and development made it possible to avoid significant shutdowns of the enterprise and restore the functioning of production. A defined approach to the commodity values stock management system enabled the company to adapt to difficulties and continue work in conditions of uncertainty. | en |
