| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Статтю присвячено актуальним питанням формування менеджменту як науки та як окремої сфери професійної діяльності людини. Розглянуто основні етапи еволюції менеджменту, починаючи з ранніх моделей економічної цивілізації та закінчуючи сучасними теоріями управління. Проаналізовано, під впливом яких зовнішніх умов відбувалися зміни принципів, методів та організаційних форм управлінської діяльності. Розглянуто найпоширеніші підходи до періодизації розвитку управління. Встановлено, що вивчення еволюції управлінської думки має вирішальне значення для розуміння поточного стану та майбутнього розвитку науки управління в цілому. Виявлено основні тенденції розвитку сучасного менеджменту. Наводиться теза про те, що новою парадигмою управління може стати синергетичний підхід до управління, що дозволить підприємствам перейти на якісно новий рівень розвитку менеджменту. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The article is devoted to the issue of the formation of management as a science and as a sphere of professional activity. The main stages in the evolution of management theory and practice are considered, starting from the first models of economic civilization and ending with modern management theories. It is analyzed under the influence of what external conditions changes in the principles, methods and organizational forms of management activities occurred. The most common approaches to the periodization of management development are considered. It is shown that management science has gone through a long evolutionary path of development. The states of the Ancient East made their contribution to this process, Greece and Rome. Management ideas of the Middle Ages were reflected in city law and guild regulations, and the works of F. Aquinas. One of the first ideologists of the emerging market relations was N. Machiavelli. It has been established that the beginning of the formation of the theoretical foundations of scientific management dates back to the beginning of the 19th century. At this time, studies by C. Babbage and R. Owen appeared. And only by the beginning of the twentieth century, with the advent of the school of scientific management, management emerged as a science and a form of professional activity. It has been determined that management science is in continuous development, putting forward new ideas that help improve the efficiency of management decisions. At the same time, business practice poses new challenges for scientists that stimulate the further development of management science. Determined that Research into the evolution of management thought is critical to understanding the current state and future development of management. It helps organizations and managers adapt to changing conditions, develop effective management practices, and prepare for future challenges. The main trends in the development of modern management have been identified. These include trends in internationalization, globalization, greening and humanization. The thesis is presented that new paradigm control may become an energetic approach to management, which will allow enterprises to move to a qualitatively new level of development. This approach is based on the concept of self-organization of complex systems and assumes that enterprises have the ability to self-regulate and adapt to external changes. | en |
