dc.description.abstractUKR: У роботі розглянуто питання обґрунтування додаткових показників ремонтопридатності шестеренних насосів модифікації НШ-К гідравлічної системи трактора. Проаналізовано вплив конструктивних та експлуатаційних чинників на трудомісткість робіт з відновлення працездатності агрегату в умовах ремонтнообслуговуючої бази різних рівнів. Визначено, що поряд із традиційними показниками надійності доцільно враховувати додаткові показники ремонтопридатності, зокрема коефіцієнти легкоз’ємності та доступності. Наведено методику їх розрахунку та результати експериментальних досліджень з визначення трудомісткості демонтажномонтажних робіт при відновленні працездатності насоса безпосередньо на тракторі ЮМЗ 8080. Встановлено, що коефіцієнт легкоз’ємності має достатньо високі значення, що свідчить про відносну простоту виконання робіт першої стратегії ремонту. Разом з тим коефіцієнт доступності деталей при повному розбиранні насоса вказує на конструктивну складність доступу до ресурсолімітуючих елементів. Отримані результати можуть бути використані для розроблення заходів щодо зниження трудомісткості ремонтних робіт та підвищення ефективності технічного обслуговування гідронасосів НШ-К.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractENG: The paper substantiates additional maintainability indicators of NSH-K modification gear pumps used in tractor hydraulic systems. The influence of design and operational factors on the labor intensity of restoring pump operability at different levels of maintenance and repair facilities is analyzed. It is established that, along with conventional reliability indicators, additional maintainability characteristics should be considered, in particular the ease-of-removal coefficient and the accessibility coefficient. The methodology for their calculation is presented, and the results of experimental studies on determining the labor intensity of disassembly and assembly operations when restoring pump operability directly on a UMZ 8080 tractor are provided. The obtained values of the ease-of-removal coefficient indicate a relatively simple implementation of the first repair strategy. At the same time, the accessibility coefficient of pump components during complete disassembly reflects the structural complexity of access to resource-limiting elements. The results can be used to develop measures aimed at reducing repair labor intensity and improving the efficiency of maintenance of NSH-K hydraulic pumps.en
