Перспективи інноваційно-інформаційного розвитку України під впливом гіперконкуретних загроз і викликів

UKR: Розглянуто особливості трансформації конкурентних відносин та конкурентного середовища в умовах економічної глобалізації; відзначено, що пріоритетом національної конкурентної політики доби глобалізації є орієнтація на перспективну стратегічну конкурентоспроможність, обумовлену поглядом з плановано-очікуваного майбутнього у сьогодення й засновану на синергії абсолютних та відносних конкурентних переваг за домінації імпакт-факторів інноваційного походження; досліджено перспективи інноваційно інформаційного розвитку національної економіки України в умовах поширення та інтенсифікації гіперконкурентних викликів.

ENG: The peculiarities of the transformation of competitive relations and the competitive environment in the conditions of economic globalization are considered; it was noted that the priority of the national competitive policy in the era of globalization is the orientation towards long-term strategic competitiveness, conditioned by a view from the planned-expected future into the present and based on the synergy of absolute and relative competitive advantages under the dominance of impact factors of innovative origin; the prospects of innovative and informational development of the national economy of Ukraine in the conditions of the spread and intensification of hypercompetitive challenges are investigated.
