| dc.description.abstract | UKR: У статті досліджується актуальна тематика відновлення та модернізації транспортної інфраструктури України в умовах повоєнної реконструкції національної економіки. Автори акцентують увагу на критичній необхідності заL безпечення сталого розвитку та відновлення життєздатності регіонів, постраждалих від російської агресії. ВиокремL лено ключові аспекти успішного відновлення, зокрема адекватний збір та аналіз даних про пошкодження, активну участь місцевих громад та органів самоврядування, а також прозорість і відповідальність у використанні ресурсів. В дослідженні визначено основні аспекти комплексного підходу до відновлення транспортної інфраструктури, що враL ховує економічні, соціальні та екологічні аспекти, і підкреслюється значення цього процесу для забезпечення сталоL го розвитку та підвищення якості життя населення. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The article emphasises the importance of strategic planning and an integrated approach to the restoration of transport infrastructure, which involves not only the reconstruction of damaged facilities, but also modernisation with due regard to the latest technologies and global trends in the transport industry. Particular attention is paid to the need to ensure the safety, accessibility and efficiency of transport services, as well as to stimulate innovative developments and the implementation of environmental standards. The article focuses on the role of government policy and international support in the recovery process, emphasising the importance of international agreements, in particular with the EU, and intensification of bilateral cooperation in the field of investment and technology. The authors also point out the need to expand opportunities for using external financing, attracting foreign investors and intensifying publicLprivate partnership programmes. The authors suggest that the restoration of transport infrastructure should become a catalyst for economic growth, promote the development of small and mediumLsized businesses, improve logistics chains and strengthen the economic security of the state. An important aspect is also to take into account the social needs of the population, in particular, to ensure the availability of transport services for people with limited mobility and the development of socially oriented transport projects. The study also notes the need for further research to study the relationship between the restoration of transport infrastructure and socioLeconomic processes in the country, as well as the adaptation of foreign experience to Ukrainian realities. It calls for a comprehensive approach, including planning, innovation, environmental sustainability and active public participation, to achieve sustainable development of the transport system in Ukraine. The authors also emphasise the importance of crossLsectoral coordination and integration of efforts by all stakeholders, including government agencies, the private sector, international organisations and the public, to ensure effective rehabilitation and development of transport infrastructure. It emphasises the importance of developing flexible strategic plans that can adapt to rapidly changing conditions and new challenges in order to create a strong, sustainable and innovative transport system that will contribute to the recovery and longLterm development of Ukraine. | en |
