Modern Tools and Methods of Information Use in the Activities of Dnipro’s Libraries, Archives, and Museums

ENG: This paper examines modern tools and methods of information use in the activities of libraries, archives, and museums in Dnipro. Website resources and social media presence are analyzed as important instruments of digital communication. The role of innovative services (electronic catalogs, databases, online reading rooms, virtual exhibitions, chatbots) in meeting the informational needs of remote users is identified.

UKR: Розглянуто сучасні засоби й методи використання інформації у діяльності бібліотек, архівів та музеїв м. Дніпра. Проаналізовано ресурси вебсайтів та присутність у соціальних мережах як важливий інструмент цифрової комунікації. Визначено роль інноваційних сервісів (електронні каталоги, бази даних, онлайн-читальні зали, віртуальні виставки, чат-боти) у задоволенні інформаційних потреб віддалених користувачів.
