| dc.description.abstract | UK: Магістерська робота виконана на 79 сторінках, містить 25 ілюстрацій, 3 таблиці, список літератури з 34 джерел та двох додатків на 2 сторінках. Об’єктом дослідження в роботі є ефективність гальмівних систем вагонів платформ. Предметом дослідження є схеми пневматичної та механічної частини. В першому розділі – проведено аналіз літератури за напрямком досліджень та розглянуті основні тенденції розвитку вітчизняних та закордонних гальмових систем вантажних вагонів. У другому розділі – проведемо порівняння двох гальмових систем: з двома гальмовими циліндрами діаметром 10// з роздільними гальмовими важільними передачами та з симетричним розміщенням гальмового циліндру діаметром 14// та типовою гальмовою важільною передачею. У третьому розділі – проведено розрахунки гальмівної системи з роздільним гальмуванням з врахуванням перерозподілу вертикального навантаження на візки порівняно зі статикою. При розрахунках приймалося, що завантаження візків відрізняється на максимально допустиме в експлуатації значення – 10 т. Встановлена необхідність оснащення гальмівних систем з роздільним гальмування двома авторежимами. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | EN: The influence on the braking efficiency of freight cars of brake system with bogie braking is investigated in the work. Schemes of the pneumatic and mechanical part of the brakes of platform cars with typical and bogie brake systems were considered as a research subject. The comparison of the efficiency of brake systems will be held for a 60-foot fitting platform model 13-7138 with an axial load of 23.5 tons for the transportation of large-capacity containers for the construction of the Krukiv Car-Building Plant. The braking system of the considered platform has separate braking but is equipped with only one auto mode. The purpose of the master's thesis was to determine the feasibility of using brake systems on freight cars with separate braking. In Ukraine and other countries, 1520 mm freight cars are equipped mainly with standard systems with truck rigging, which simultaneously affect two carts from one brake cylinder. Bogie braking systems have been designed and implemented for modern freight cars and wagons by domestic car-building plants. In the second section of the master's thesis will be compared two brake systems: with two brake cylinders with a diameter of 10// with separate brake leverage and with a symmetrical arrangement of the brake cylinder with a diameter of 14// and a typical brake leverage. Comparing the obtained data, it can be argued that the braking scheme with separate braking can reduce the braking distance for a loaded car by 1.22 %, and for an empty one by 0.3 %. In the third section the estimation of possibility of jamming of wheel pairs of the car-platform of model 13-7138 is carried out. Calculations of the braking system with separate braking equipped with one auto mode are carried out taking into account redistribution of vertical loading on carts in comparison with statics. In the calculations it was assumed that the loading of the carts differs by the maximum allowable value in operation - 10 tons.
