Item Analysis of The Influence of Rolling Stock on Infrastructure Facilities as a Factor of Management of the Economic Efficiency of Transport Construction Enterprises(ТОВ «ДКС Центр», Київ, 2023) Kalinichenko, Lyudmila L.; Mishchenko, Maksym I.; Martseniuk, Larysa V.; Bobyl, Volodymyr V.; Pikulina, Olena V.ENG: Purpose. The article examines the impact of various types of rolling stock, both retrospective, current, and prospective, on infrastructure objects of railway transport, the study of influencing factors will allow to estimate the scope of work on the restoration of such objects, and this will be the basis for the formation of economic indicators of the production program of transport enterprises construction In this way, it will be possible to influence the economic efficiency of the activities of such enterprises, rationally using their production capacities, taking into account the specifics of the performance of individual works at infrastructure facilities. The purpose of the article is to study the potential for increasing the economic efficiency of transport construction enterprises due to the streamlining and rational long-term planning of the production program of their activities, the main elements of which are the elimination of the accumulated wear and tear of infrastructure objects due to the negative impact of rolling stock of various types during operation. Research methodology involves the use of methods: general scientific methods (abstraction and concretization, induction and deduction, analogy), theoretical research (descent from abstract to concrete), empirical research (comparison, observation), synthesis, analysis, etc. The relevance of solving the scientific problem defined in the article is that JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" strives to improve the operational indicators of its activity due to the development of the rolling stock fleet and its operational indicators, and the restraining factor is the infrastructure facilities, which according to their technical condition, primarily due to wear and tear, do not allow to use the operational potential to the full extent. It is at this stage that JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" should pay attention to the efficiency of transport construction enterprises, the purpose of which is to bring the condition of infrastructure facilities to the required operational level. This will allow to optimize the maintenance costs of such facilities and increase the economic efficiency of transport construction enterprises. The results of the study are as follows: the results of the study on determining the main factors affecting the volume and structure of works of transport construction enterprises are presented. The originality and practical value of the research lies in the fact that the article systematizes existing areas of negative impact of rolling stock on infrastructure objects, which directly affects the volume and structure of works of transport construction enterprises, which allows rational management of the economic efficiency of their activities. The conclusions of the study are as follows: the results of the study on the analysis of the impact of rolling stock on infrastructure objects proposed in the work will allow to improve, in the end, the management of the economic efficiency of the activities of transport construction enterprises. The results of the conducted research can be useful for the enterprises of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia", which, due to their functional purpose, have to perform works on the elimination of wear and tear of infrastructure facilities in order to improve the operational activities of railway transport.Item Model of Calculation of the Cost of Acquisition of Access to Objects of City Passenger Infrastructure With Accounting of the Participation of Transport Construction Enterprises in their Development Processes(Одеський національний економічний університет, 2018) Bereza, Ivan V.; Mishchenko, Maksym I.EN: The necessity of perfection of methodology of tariff formation for passenger urban transport, based on measures on development of transport infrastructure and the role of enterprises of transport construction in these processes is substantiated. The high level of depreciation of fixed assets is highlighted. The main problem of setting fees for the use of urban passenger infrastructure is that the necessity to pay carriers for the economic benefits that they generate is not always understood and not by everyone. The methodical approaches to operational analysis of costs are improved, which, unlike existing ones, is based on the nonlinear dependencies of costs, the profit of construction organizations on the reproduction of transport infrastructure objects, which allows us to find the optimal "cost-benefit" ratio, according to which decisions are justified on the expediency of realization of reproductive activity. In seven European countries introduced a so-called two-element structure of the tariff with fixed and variable components. The first one is determined by means of dependencies between the planned needs of the carrier and constant expenses for the use of objects of the city passenger infrastructure. The variable is determined by the use of network resources. One element is calculated based on the actual operating distance, ie, the charge is directly proportional to the actual use of the intensity of operational activity. It is in the one-element structure that most marginal expenditures are determined on the basis of statistical data, which greatly simplifies the methodology for determining their level. However, the significant disadvantage of the one-element structure is the low level of substantiation of part of fixed-term expenditures. Further development of methodological approaches to determining the effectiveness of the management system for reproduction activity of transport infrastructure objects was obtained on the basis of indicators of assessing the effectiveness of performing certain functions of transport construction enterprises through the development of a generalized indicator for a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of the processes of managing the reproduction of fixed assets.Item Model of Fees Calculation for Access to Track Infrastructure Facilities(Дніпропетровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпропетровськ, 2015) Mishchenko, Maksym I.EN: Purpose. The purpose of the article is to develop a one-and two-element model of the fees calculation for the use of track infrastructure of Ukrainian railway transport. Methodology. On the basis of this one can consider that when planning the planned preventive track repair works and the amount of depreciation charges the guiding criterion is not the amount of progress it is the operating life of the track infrastructure facilities. The cost of PPTRW is determined on the basis of the following: the classification track repairs; typical technological processes for track repairs; technology based time standards for PPTRW; costs for the work of people, performing the PPTRW, their hourly wage rates according to the Order 98-Ts; the operating cost of machinery; regulated list; norms of expenditures and costs of materials and products (they have the largest share of the costs for repairs); railway rates; average distances for transportation of materials used during repair; standards of general production expenses and the administrative costs. Findings. The models offered in article allow executing the objective account of expenses in travelling facilities for the purpose of calculation of the proved size of indemnification and necessary size of profit, the sufficient enterprises for effective activity of a travelling infrastructure. Originality. The methodological bases of determination the fees (payments) for the use of track infrastructure on one- and two-element base taking into account the experience of railways in the EC countries and the current transport legislation were grounded. Practical value. The article proposes the one-and twoelement models of calculating the fees (payments) for the TIF use, accounting the applicable requirements of European transport legislation, which provides the expense compensation and income formation, sufficient for economic incentives of the efficient operation of the TIE of Ukrainian railway transport.Item Organisational and Management Design of Financial and Human Resource Support for Innovative Agribusiness: The Security(Vytautas Magnus University Agriculture Academy, Lithuania, 2023) Popovychenko, Hanna; Mishchenko, Maksym I.; Bieliaiov, Taliat; Shevchenko, Olena; Orlova-Kurilova, Olga; Guliaieva, Natalia; Vlasiuk, TetianaENG: The article considers the specifics of the organisational and managerial design of financial and human resource support of innovative agribusiness. It is established that the scientific literature does not sufficiently cover this issue. The tools, methods, principles and models of such design need to be clarified. It is emphasised that the forecasting of the level of security of financial and human resources in the organisation is an important aspect of strategic management, risk diversification and socio-economic development of both a single subject of entrepreneurial activity and the state as a whole. It is proposed to carry out the above forecasting using a combination of quantitative forecasting methods. The results of forecasting the security level of organisational and managerial design of financial and human resources of innovative agribusiness obtained in the article showed almost positive dynamics of the phenomenon under study, but we should not expect stability and permanence of this trend due to significant fluctuations in the external environment.Item Railway Transportation of Dangerous Goods: a Bibliometric Aspect(Dnipro National University of Railway Transport named after Academician V.
