    ENG: Thus, our research demonstrated the possibility of directed regulation of the process of deformability of a railroad track by changing the characteristics of materials and design of the elements of a railroad track.The algorithm presented complements the research on modeling for the purpose of establishing assessment of conditions of functional safety of a railroad track. Based on the developed algorithm, further studies may be conducted for determining the mechanical performance of elements of the track and the track design itself from the influence of the rolling stock for the purpose of evaluating and predicting the terms of operation of the elements and design of the track.
