Item type:Item, Analysis of The Influence of Rolling Stock on Infrastructure Facilities as a Factor of Management of the Economic Efficiency of Transport Construction Enterprises(ТОВ «ДКС Центр», Київ, 2023) Kalinichenko, Lyudmila L.; Mishchenko, Maksym I.; Martseniuk, Larysa V.; Bobyl, Volodymyr V.; Pikulina, Olena V.ENG: Purpose. The article examines the impact of various types of rolling stock, both retrospective, current, and prospective, on infrastructure objects of railway transport, the study of influencing factors will allow to estimate the scope of work on the restoration of such objects, and this will be the basis for the formation of economic indicators of the production program of transport enterprises construction In this way, it will be possible to influence the economic efficiency of the activities of such enterprises, rationally using their production capacities, taking into account the specifics of the performance of individual works at infrastructure facilities. The purpose of the article is to study the potential for increasing the economic efficiency of transport construction enterprises due to the streamlining and rational long-term planning of the production program of their activities, the main elements of which are the elimination of the accumulated wear and tear of infrastructure objects due to the negative impact of rolling stock of various types during operation. Research methodology involves the use of methods: general scientific methods (abstraction and concretization, induction and deduction, analogy), theoretical research (descent from abstract to concrete), empirical research (comparison, observation), synthesis, analysis, etc. The relevance of solving the scientific problem defined in the article is that JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" strives to improve the operational indicators of its activity due to the development of the rolling stock fleet and its operational indicators, and the restraining factor is the infrastructure facilities, which according to their technical condition, primarily due to wear and tear, do not allow to use the operational potential to the full extent. It is at this stage that JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" should pay attention to the efficiency of transport construction enterprises, the purpose of which is to bring the condition of infrastructure facilities to the required operational level. This will allow to optimize the maintenance costs of such facilities and increase the economic efficiency of transport construction enterprises. The results of the study are as follows: the results of the study on determining the main factors affecting the volume and structure of works of transport construction enterprises are presented. The originality and practical value of the research lies in the fact that the article systematizes existing areas of negative impact of rolling stock on infrastructure objects, which directly affects the volume and structure of works of transport construction enterprises, which allows rational management of the economic efficiency of their activities. The conclusions of the study are as follows: the results of the study on the analysis of the impact of rolling stock on infrastructure objects proposed in the work will allow to improve, in the end, the management of the economic efficiency of the activities of transport construction enterprises. The results of the conducted research can be useful for the enterprises of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia", which, due to their functional purpose, have to perform works on the elimination of wear and tear of infrastructure facilities in order to improve the operational activities of railway transport.Item type:Item, The Concept of Forming a System of Change Management in the Domain of Railroad Passenger Transportation in Ukraine under the Conditions of War(РС ТЕСHNOLOGY СЕNTЕR, Kharkiv, 2024) Bobyl, Volodymyr V.; Matusevych, Oleksii O.; Dron, Maryna A.; Taranenko, Artem S.ENG: The object of research is railroad passenger transportation. The subject of research is a change management system. The problem to be solved is to improve the efficiency of railroad transport enterprises in the field of passenger transportation by introducing a change management system. In the study, the concept of the formation of a change management system in the field of passenger transportation of railroad transport in Ukraine under wartime conditions was devised. Since the conditions of war refer to a variety of emergencies, the concept of "emergency situation", its types, characteristics, and signs that describe its existence are considered. The conditions of emergencies are defined. The properties of total and hybrid war affect the fundamental features of the state management of railroad passenger transport in Ukraine, the work of state departments and railroad passenger transport management enterprises. Taking into account the peculiarities of each type of war and the principles of the state, a system of interconnection of the features and principles of the state management of railroad passenger transportation with possible aggressive changes under wartime conditions was built. Such a system is the core of the devised concept of formation and modeling a change management system in the field of railroad passenger transportation in Ukraine under war conditions. Within the framework of the concept, a strategy is formed – a set of actions during an emergency of a military nature. Based on this concept, in the future, it is possible to construct stages of research, the existence of which could make it possible to build a model of the concept, namely the processes of forming a system of changes.Item type:Item, Cultural Deprivation and the Importance of Education(Scientific Center of Innovative Research, Estonia, 2026) Sizov, Vitalii; Sheviakov, Oleksii; Slavska, Yanina; Bobyl, Volodymyr V.; Matusevich, OleksiiENG: The article considers the problems of forming cognitive characteristics of subjects who are subject to the destructive influence of cultural deprivation phenomena. The main purpose of the study is to analyze the trends of cultural deprivation in the modern education system. The study highlights the main characteristics and forms of cultural deprivation. The authors propose as basic characteristics the role and significance of education in conditions of cultural deprivation, as well as a number of forms of manifestation of cultural deprivation. According to the concept of L.S. Vygotsky, it is noted that the education system and pedagogical forms occupy a key place in the nature of cultural deprivation, since subjective deprivation is not an innate, but an acquired quality of the subject. The authors substantiate the position that different cultural environments (the so-called value vectors), acting simultaneously, are not capable of forming socially significant value orientations of the individual, but offer certain "options" or "freedom" of choice, limited only by narrow group relations. The article analyzes the process of substitution, or the likeness of substitution of social values, which lays the foundations of cultural deprivation in society, which, in turn, leads to the degradation of education and a decrease in the cognitive characteristics of individuals, that is, the effect of participation. The emphasis is on the crisis of education, and the means of preventing crisis phenomena in the context of cultural deprivation are considered. The concept of cultural and historical development of L.S. Vygotsky is considered as a methodological basis for preventing crisis phenomena in the education system. Thus, the concept of cultural and historical development can be contrasted with modern processes of cultural deprivation.Item type:Item, Diagnostics of the Transformation of Intellectual Capital Properties in Ukraine(Український державний університет науки і технологій, Дніпро, 2024) Bobyl, Volodymyr V.; Hannouf, KaterynaENG: The focus of this study is on the analysis of transformations of the nation's intellectual capital during the period preceding the conflict. It identifies and organizes modern methods of assessing intellectual capital, classifies indicators considering their impact on the total volume of intellectual capital, and implements the normalization of these indicators for creating radial diagrams and determining the state of intellectual capital in Ukraine. The effect of changes in intellectual capital on the fluctuations of the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is also examined. Methodology. To achieve the objectives of the study, various methods were employed: dialectical method and synthesis for analyzing the evolution of human, organizational, and structural capitals; graphic analysis for the visual representation of data; and comprehensive and structural analysis with expert assessments to evaluate the impact of intellectual capital transformations on economic indicators. Scientific and Practical Significance. The work contributes to understanding the impact of changes in the structure of intellectual capital on GDP dynamics, which is key to developing an effective strategy for managing the country's intellectual resources. From a practical standpoint, the research aids in establishing criteria for evaluating intellectual capital and developing motivational mechanisms based on digital innovations and artificial intelligence for optimizing the structure of intellectual capital, paving the way for the development of a refinement strategy.Item type:Item, Internal Control System as a Factor of Reliability in Management Reporting Under Conditions of Economic Turbulence(RITHA PUBLISHING HOUSE, 2026) Shchyrba, Iryna; Khmeliuk, Alona; Budko, Oksana; Bobyl, Volodymyr V.; Salo, YanaENG: This paper examines the role of internal control systems (ICS) in ensuring the reliability of management reporting under conditions of economic turbulence. Using a panel dataset of 52 Ukrainian enterprises over the period 2020–2024, the research applies fixed-effects and dynamic panel (System GMM) models to evaluate both the direct and moderating effects of internal control and macroeconomic instability. The results indicate that internal control systems have a significant positive impact on reporting reliability, while economic turbulence negatively affects the quality of management information. Importantly, the interaction between internal control and turbulence reveals a buffering effect, demonstrating that mature control systems partially mitigate the adverse impact of external shocks. Firm size and profitability further enhance reporting reliability, whereas financial leverage increases the risk of distortions. The study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on the stabilizing role of internal control systems in volatile environments and offers practical implications for strengthening risk-oriented governance and digital control mechanisms to support resilient decision-making.
