Відкриті освітні ресурси: формування та використання в університетських бібліотеках в період пандемії та воєнного стану в Україні

UKR: Дослідження спрямовано на розкриття репозитарію як важливого інструменту зберігання та просування відкритих освітніх ресурсів та ролі бібліотеки в цих процесах. В процесі дослідження було: узагальнено інформацію стосовно OER; розглянуто приклади національної політики формування репозитаріїв; вивчено досвід формування та використання інституційних репозитаріїв в технічних університетах м. Харкова та Миколаєва; розглянуто зарубіжний досвід створення та функціонування репозитаріїв інформаційно-бібліотечного профілю; обґрунтовано подальший напрям університетської бібліотеки у просуванні ініціативи відкритих освітніх ресурсів (OER), а саме: зближення бібліотечної діяльності з освітньою в аспекті створення, планування та організації доступу до відкритих освітніх електронних ресурсів.

ENG: The research is aimed at revealing the repository as an important tool for storing and promoting open educational resources and the role of the library in these processes. In the research process, the following was done: information about OER was summarized; examples of the national policy of forming repositories are considered; the experience of the formation and use of institutional repositories in the technical universities of Kharkiv and Mykolaiv was studied; the foreign experience of creating and functioning repositories of the information-library profile is considered; the further direction of the university library in the promotion of the initiative of open educational resources (OER), namely: convergence of library activities with educational activities in the aspect of creation, planning and organization of access to open educational electronic resources, is substantiated.
