| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Досліджено проблеми розбудови національної економіки Азербайджанської Республіки в умовах тиску ефекту Гронінгена, показано шляхи елімінації його негативного впливу та напрямки диверсифікації економічного розвитку. Показано, що особливості структури національної економіки Азербайджанської Республіки, висока питома вага у ній нафтогазового сектору обумовили формування певних дисбалансів у її розвитку, що отримало прояв у реалізації негативних наслідків ефекту Гронінгена. Подальша еволюція національної економіки має базуватись на мінімізації негативного впливу ефекту Гронінгена, що має забезпечуватись її диверсифікацією, структурними перетвореннями на користь не нафтогазового сектору, випереджальним економічним розвитком територій, розташованих поза межами Бакинської агломерації. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The problems of developing the national economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan under the pressure of the Groningen effect are studied, the ways of eliminating its negative influence and the directions of diversification of economic development are shown. It is shown that the peculiarities of the structure of the national economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the high specific weight of the oil and gas sector in it caused the formation of certain imbalances in its development, which manifested itself in the realization of the negative consequences of the Groningen effect. The further evolution of the national economy should be based on minimizing the negative impact of the Groningen effect, which should be ensured by its diversification, structural transformations in favor of the non-oil and gas sector, anticipatory economic development of territories located outside the Baku agglomeration. | en |
