dc.description.abstractENG: The reorganization of ordinary life in accordance with the demands of wartime affected all segments of Ukrainian society without exception, including universities and libraries. The Maksymovych Scientific Library of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is a scientific and methodical center that provides general methodical guidance and coordination of libraries of higher education institutions of Ukraine. Despite the difficult times that our country is going through, we work as usual and continue to provide users with a full range of information and library services. The methodical department of our library is trying to keep in touch with the directors of the libraries of the occupied territories by e-mail and by phone as far as possible. Sending letters this department tries to inform libraries and maintain communication. On the library’s website the scientific and methodological department informs the University Libraries Network about the approval of actual decrees of the President of Ukraine, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Health. The work of the university repository, which is part of our library functions, was also organized.en
dc.description.abstractUKR: Перебудова звичайного життя відповідно до вимог воєнного часу торкнулася всіх без винятку верств українського суспільства, включно з університетами та бібліотеками. Наукова бібліотека Київського національного університету імені Тараса Шевченка імені Максимовича — науково-методичний центр, який здійснює загальне методичне керівництво та координацію діяльності бібліотек вищих навчальних закладів України. Незважаючи на складні часи, які переживає наша країна, ми працюємо у звичному режимі та й далі надаємо користувачам повний спектр інформаційно-бібліотечних послуг. Методичний відділ нашої бібліотеки намагається по змозі бути на зв’язку з директорами бібліотек окупованих територій за допомогою електронної пошти та телефону. Надсилаючи листи, цей відділ намагається інформувати бібліотеки та підтримувати комунікацію. На сайті бібліотеки науково-методичний відділ інформує мережу бібліотек університету про затвердження чинних указів Президента України, постанов Кабінету Міністрів, Міністерства освіти і науки, Міністерства економіки та Міністерства охорони здоров’я. Також була організована робота університетського репозитарію, який є частиною функцій нашої бібліотеки.uk_UA
