dc.description.abstractENG: This paper examines the experience of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies in employing digital technologies as a contemporary infrastructure for supporting educational and scholarly communication. It presents a concise overview of the Erasmus+ project “Open science supporting vulnerable communities: empowering university libraries in crisis response” (CAELUM), in which the authors are participants and which materials underpin this study. Within the framework of the CAELUM project, the authors investigated the experiences and expectations of users interacting with the scientific libraries of Ukrainian universities during crises. Anonymised data were collected from 72 respondents aged 18 and above, representing diverse roles within the academic community, through online interviews and questionnaires. Responses to five closed-ended questions were analysed using cluster analysis, resulting in the identification of four distinct respondent clusters. Subsequently, a semantic analysis was conducted on responses to four open-ended questions. The findings enabled the identification of four target user groups of university library services in the context of crisis response. This provides a basis for university libraries to organise their activities more effectively by accounting for the needs and interests of these groups.en
dc.description.abstractUKR: У даній роботі автори розглядають досвід Українського державного університету науки і технологій у використанні цифрових технологій як сучасної інфраструктури для інформаційної підтримки освітньої та наукової комунікації. Подано стислий опис проєкту «Відкрита наука на підтримку вразливих спільнот: розширення можливостей університетських бібліотек у реагуванні на кризові ситуації» (CAELUM) за програмою Еразмус+, в якому автори беруть участь, та матеріали якого використано у даній роботі. У рамках проєкту CAELUM, авторами виконано дослідження щодо досвіду та очікувань користувачів від комунікації з науковими бібліотеками університетів України під час кризових ситуацій. Для цього, шляхом онлайн інтерв’ювання та анкетування отримано анонімізовані відповіді від 72 респондентів (18+ років з різними ролями в академічній спільноті). На основі відповідей на п’ять питань закритого типу виконано кластерний аналіз, який дозволив поділити респондентів на чотири кластери. Після цього автори виконали семантичний аналіз відповідей на чотири питання відкритого типу. В результаті виконаного дослідження отримано чотири цільові групи користувачів сервісів університетських бібліотек в контексті реагування на кризові ситуації. Це створює можливості для університетських бібліотек більш ефективно організувати свою діяльність шляхом врахування інтересів відповідних цільових груп користувачів.uk_UA
