Аналіз сучасних систем та моделей управління запасами підприємства в умовах невизначенності

UKR: Стаття присвячена огляду сучасних систем та моделей управління запасами підприємства. Актуальність теми обґрунтована тим, що грамотне управління запасами важливо для безперервності виробничого процесу та економії коштів, пов'язаних зі зберіганням запасів. Кількість публікацій з даної тематики свідчить про актуальність напряму для розвитку економіки. Грамотно розвинена логістика дозволяє серйозно економити час на доставці тих чи інших товарів, забезпечує більшу конкуренто спроможність й економічну доцільність в умовах кризи. Оскільки світ весь час перебуває в динаміці розвитку, необхідно постійно слідувати з ним, оскільки в іншому випадку є вірогідність серйозного економічного спаду чи втрати конкурентоспроможності. Сучасні методи доставки товарів, включаючи безпілотні системи чи інші роботизовані засоби надає чудову можливість покращувати сервіс обслуговування. В даній роботі розглянуті результати, отримані такими авторами як С. І. Дробязко, О. В. Кривешко, В. І. Перебийніс, С. В. Ткаліченко, Л. М. Ткачук та ін. У своїх роботах вони описують основні моделі і системи управління запасами, виділяють їх переваги і недоліки. Також розглядається взаємозв'язок між витратами, пов'язаними з утриманням запасів, і терміном їх зберігання. Дослідники включають інформацію про сучасні системи та технології, спрямовані на комп'ютеризацію та цифровізацію управління запасами. Зроблено висновки щодо вдосконалення шляхів управління запасами на підприємстві на основі використання сучасних моделей і методів.

ENG: The article is devoted to modern systems and models of enterprise inventory management. The relevance of the topic is justified by the fact that competent inventory management is important for the continuity of the production process and saving costs associated with the storage of inventories. The number of publications on this topic is a relevant direction in the development of the economy, which is constantly growing, which in turn requires analysis. Competently developed logistics allows you to seriously save time on the delivery of certain goods, provides greater competitiveness and economic feasibility in times of crisis. Since the world is constantly in the dynamics of development, it is necessary to constantly follow it, otherwise there is a likelihood of a serious economic downturn or loss of competitiveness. Modern methods of delivering goods, including unmanned systems or other robotic means, provide an excellent opportunity to improve service. This paper reviews the results obtained by such authors as S. I. Drobyazko, O. V. Kryveshko, V. I. Perebyinis, S. V. Tkalichenko, L. M. Tkachuk, and others. In their works, they describe the main models and systems of inventory management, highlight their advantages and disadvantages. The relationship between the costs associated with maintaining inventories and their shelf life is also considered. The researchers include information on modern systems and technologies aimed at computerization and digitalization of inventory management. Conclusions are drawn regarding the improvement of inventory management methods at the enterprise based on the use of modern models and methods.
